Affiliate Program Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective July 9, 2026 · Pepti Health LLC, 11 E Hubbard St, Suite 501, Chicago, IL 60611
These terms govern participation in the Pepti Health LLC affiliate program (the “Program”). By applying, you accept these terms. Participation is by application and manual approval only; approval is at our sole discretion.
1. Research Use Only
Every product we supply is offered strictly under our research-use contract: For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or clinical use. Your promotion of PeptiHealth must carry the same framing. You may not state, imply, depict, or endorse human or veterinary use of any product in any content that references PeptiHealth, your code, or your referral link.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old and hold a PeptiHealth account in good standing with a current research-use disclaimer acceptance on file.
- United States participants must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before any payout is issued. Commission income is reportable; we file Form 1099-NEC where required by law.
3. Required disclosure of material connection
You earn a commission on referred orders. That is a material connection under the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), and every piece of content that includes your code or link must disclose it clearly and conspicuously:
- The disclosure must appear in the content itself — at the start of short-form video, and in the visible text of a post. A bio link, hashtag buried in a list, or “more”-gated text is not sufficient.
- Plain language works: “#ad”, “paid partnership”, or “I earn a commission from this code.”
- Claiming your recommendation is unpaid or independent while holding an active code is a material misrepresentation and grounds for immediate termination.
Read the FTC’s Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers. Applying to the Program acknowledges you have received and read it.
4. Prohibited conduct
Any of the following is grounds for immediate termination:
- Making or repeating any therapeutic, treatment, cure, prevention, diagnostic, dosing, or human-benefit claim about any research compound, in any medium.
- Comparing any PeptiHealth product to an FDA-approved drug by trade name, or describing any product as a version, alternative, or substitute for one.
- Depicting or describing personal consumption or administration of any product, or presenting “results” from use.
- Failing to make the disclosure required by Section 3.
- Bidding on “PeptiHealth”, “pepti-health.com”, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or registering domains or social handles that impersonate us.
- Self-referral schemes, purchasing through your own code to harvest commissions, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any artificial traffic or attribution manipulation.
- Directing marketing at minors, or at any audience in a manner inconsistent with a research-supply business.
5. Content review
We monitor affiliate content on a recurring basis and keep records of that review. We may require pre-approval of content that names PeptiHealth, and we may demand correction or removal of non-compliant content; failure to correct promptly is treated as a violation.
6. Commissions
- Your code provides your audience a discount and credits you a commission on the order’s product subtotal after all discounts and rewards-point redemptions. Shipping, payment fees, and taxes are not commissionable. Current rates are shown in your affiliate dashboard.
- Commissions accrue when an order is placed and are approved only when payment is confirmed. Cancelled orders forfeit the commission; refunded orders forfeit it in proportion to the refund.
- Approved commissions become payable 30 days after payment confirmation, at the payout minimum and schedule shown in your dashboard. You may use your own code on personal purchases for the discount, but personal purchases never earn commission.
- Commissions pending or unpaid at the time of a termination for violation of Sections 1, 3, or 4 are forfeited.
7. Term and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions, for any violation of these terms. Obligations under Sections 1, 3, and 4 survive termination for content that remains published.
8. Independent contractor; no license
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Pepti Health LLC. We grant a revocable, non-exclusive permission to display our name and provided creative assets solely for Program participation; all other intellectual-property rights are reserved.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes bump the version above and require re-acceptance before continued participation. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. Questions: info@pepti-health.com.
