This disclaimer is a binding condition of purchase from Pepti Health LLC. All visitors must read and acknowledge it before accessing pricing, adding items to the cart, or proceeding to checkout. The sections below explain the nature of our products and the legal obligations of all purchasers.

1. Nature of Products

Pepti Health LLC supplies synthetic peptide compounds, peptide blends, and encapsulated research compounds. These are chemical substances manufactured for use in controlled laboratory environments by trained scientists and researchers. They are supplied for in vitro studies — meaning testing conducted in laboratory vessels, cell cultures, or other controlled experimental systems outside of living organisms.

Our products are not drugs, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food additives, cosmetics, or medical devices as those terms are defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body. They have not undergone FDA review or approval for safety or efficacy in any application. They carry no therapeutic, preventive, or diagnostic claims of any kind.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are expressly prohibited and constitute a material violation of the purchase agreement. By completing a purchase, you certify that you will not:

Administer to humans: Use, introduce, inject, apply, or otherwise administer any product to any human being, including yourself, under any circumstances.
Administer to animals outside licensed research: Administer any product to any animal except within the scope of a properly permitted and approved veterinary or preclinical research protocol conducted by or under the direct supervision of a licensed veterinarian or IACUC-approved research facility.
Use as a dietary supplement: Consume, ingest, or use any product as a dietary supplement, functional food, nutritional additive, or health product.
Use for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes: Employ any product for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, mitigation, or cure of any disease, condition, or symptom in humans or animals outside of an approved research context.
Resell for human consumption: Resell, redistribute, relabel, or transfer any product to any third party for use as a human consumable, supplement, or for any purpose inconsistent with laboratory research.
Any use inconsistent with laboratory research: Use any product in any manner that falls outside the scope of legitimate, properly supervised in vitro or preclinical laboratory research activities conducted in a qualified research setting.

3. Purchaser Obligations

Every purchaser agrees, as a condition of sale, to the following obligations:

You are 21 years of age or older. Products are not sold to anyone under 21, and orders may be cancelled where age cannot be verified.
You are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or institutional buyer with the scientific training necessary to understand and safely handle the compounds you are purchasing.
You have, or your organization has, the appropriate facilities, permits, and safety protocols required to store and handle research chemicals in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
You will maintain complete and accurate records of the receipt, storage, use, and disposal of all products consistent with good laboratory practice (GLP) standards and applicable law.
You will not share, distribute, or provide access to any product to any person who is not qualified to handle it in a research context.

4. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website, in product descriptions, in certificates of analysis, in customer communications, or in any other material provided by Pepti Health LLC constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. References to scientific literature, research applications, or peptide biology are provided for informational context only and do not imply that any product is safe or appropriate for any particular use.

5. Regulatory Compliance

The regulatory status of peptide research compounds varies by jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify the legal status of any compound in their jurisdiction before ordering. Pepti Health LLC makes no representation that any product is legal for purchase, import, or use in any particular location. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may violate applicable law or our terms.

Certain peptides may be subject to scheduling, import restrictions, or special permits in particular jurisdictions. Buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including but not limited to DEA schedules, state regulations, and applicable customs requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All products are supplied “as is” for research purposes without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Pepti Health LLC shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or related to the use of any product or the reliance on any information provided on this Site. 7. Acceptance

When a signed-in visitor first accesses the catalog or pricing, a dedicated acceptance screen appears automatically and embeds this full disclaimer.
