Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order with Pepti Health LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not access the site or place an order.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pepti Health LLC governing your access to and use of the website located at pepti-health.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products offered thereon. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Pepti Health LLC are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research purposes by qualified scientists, researchers, and research institutions. These products are chemical compounds supplied for scientific investigation. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any comparable regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all of the following are true without exception:

  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional acting within the scope of legitimate laboratory research activities, or you are purchasing on behalf of such a person or institution.
  • You will use any product purchased solely for in vitro laboratory research and will not administer, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into the body of any human or animal outside of a properly permitted research context.
  • You understand that peptide compounds are for research purposes only and not intended as a substitute for, or supplement to, any medical treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare service.
  • You have the scientific knowledge and facilities necessary to handle these compounds safely and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the storage, handling, and use of research chemicals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase any product. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving products or services under applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe a purchaser intends to use products outside their stated research purpose.

4. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including purity levels, molecular weight, sequence data, and storage requirements. Product information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a representation or warranty of any kind beyond those expressly stated. Peptide sequences, purity figures, and specifications are provided based on manufacturer certificates of analysis (COAs); actual product characteristics may vary within standard analytical tolerances. All research compound descriptions are intended to facilitate legitimate scientific research and do not imply any biological activity, pharmacological effect, or therapeutic outcome in humans or animals.

We reserve the right to change product formulations, specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Images displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product received.

5. Orders and Payment

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Pepti Health LLC may accept or decline at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm it in writing via email. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders placed in error, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Prices are stated in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All payments must be made in full prior to shipment. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our servers.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International orders will not be accepted at this time. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information regarding processing times, shipping methods, cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive compounds, and carrier information. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the buyer upon tender to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemical compounds, returns are subject to strict conditions. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, used, or stored improperly cannot be returned. Claims for damaged, incorrect, or defective shipments must be made within five (5) business days of delivery with photographic documentation. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of our receipt and verification of a returned product where applicable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, ALL PRODUCTS, AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Pepti Health LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ANY SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY US OR OUR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE SUITABILITY OF ANY PRODUCT FOR ANY PARTICULAR RESEARCH PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Pepti Health LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, OR ANY TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREIN, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR PRODUCTS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pepti Health LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site or any product purchased; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of any product outside of its intended research-only purpose; (d) your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with an order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Pepti Health LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful research purchasing purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Rewards Program (PeptiPoints)

Registered account holders may earn loyalty points (“PeptiPoints”) on qualifying purchases. Points are credited only after an order’s payment has been confirmed and are calculated on the net product subtotal after any coupon or other discount, excluding shipping, payment-method fees, and taxes. Points are not earned on the portion of an order paid for using previously redeemed points.

PeptiPoints may be redeemed toward the product subtotal of a future order at a rate of fifty (50) points per one U.S. dollar ($1.00) of discount, subject to a minimum redemption of fifty (50) points. Redeemed points discount the product subtotal only and may not be applied to shipping charges, payment-method fees, or taxes. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined across separate accounts. When points are redeemed, the redeemed amount is deducted from your balance at the time the order is placed.

PeptiPoints are a promotional benefit offered at our discretion and do not constitute property or a stored-value instrument. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program, adjust earning and redemption rates, set or change expiration rules, or revoke points obtained through error, fraud, abuse, or in connection with a cancelled, refunded, or charged-back order, in each case at our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law. Points associated with returned or refunded orders may be reversed. Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms forfeit any accrued points.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise noted. We may (but are not obligated to) notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
