This page describes the shipping and returns policies of Pepti Health LLC. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Domestic Shipping Only
Pepti Health LLC ships to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders with non-US delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders containing temperature-sensitive compounds; a physical address is required for such orders.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing time is typically one to two business days from the time of order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day are typically processed the same day, subject to inventory availability and order verification.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times
We offer three domestic shipping tiers at checkout. All estimated transit times are in business days after dispatch and are provided by the carrier; they are not guaranteed by Pepti Health LLC.
- FedEx 2-Day Shipping: $9.99, with free FedEx 2-Day shipping applied automatically to domestic orders over $150. Estimated delivery is within 2 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: $19.99. Estimated delivery in 1 to 2 business days after shipment, with priority handling for temperature-sensitive compounds or time-critical research timelines.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: $49.00. Estimated delivery is the next business day after shipment. Recommended for highly temperature-sensitive research timelines or compounds with additional handling requirements.
Shipping rates for each tier are displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
4. Temperature-Conscious Packaging
Many peptide compounds are sensitive to heat and degradation. For temperature-sensitive orders, we use protective packaging such as insulation and gel packs where appropriate to support product integrity during transit. The specific packaging method depends on the expected transit time and the stability profile of the compounds in your order.
We strongly recommend selecting Expedited or Overnight shipping for any order containing compounds with additional temperature considerations. Pepti Health LLC is not responsible for product degradation resulting from delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, or a customer’s failure to select an appropriate shipping tier.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email fromPepti Health LLC containing your carrier tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You may also log in to your account and view tracking information under Order History. Tracking information may take up to four hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
6. Delivery Issues
If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check surrounding areas at your delivery address (mailbox, front porch, building reception, neighboring units);
- Wait 24 hours, as carrier scan events occasionally precede actual delivery;
- Contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours of the marked delivery time, contact us at support@pepti-health.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research chemical compounds — which are supplied for single-use laboratory research purposes — returns are accepted only under limited circumstances:
- Returns are NOT accepted for products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or that show any signs of having been stored improperly (e.g., exposed to heat or moisture).
- Returns are NOT accepted for customer errors in ordering (e.g., wrong quantity, wrong compound) where the product has been received in correct condition.
- Returns ARE considered for products that arrive in damaged packaging, appear to have been subjected to carrier mishandling, or are materially different from what was ordered.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or is missing items, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
To submit a damage or error claim, email support@pepti-health.com with:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs showing the packaging condition (exterior and interior) and the products as received.
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment or a full or partial refund to the original payment method. We may request that damaged products be returned to us at our expense before a resolution is issued.
